CASTLE VACATION RENTALS HAWAII ACQUIRES CHASE ‘N RAINBOWS AND TRINITY MAID COMPANY

HONOLULU – Castle Vacation Rentals Hawaii, a division of Castle Hospitality Group, has acquired Chase ‘N Rainbows, West Maui’s leading vacation rental management company, and Trinity Maid Company, a commercial laundry and vacation rental cleaning company. The joint acquisition will expand the vacation rental inventory and services provided by Castle Vacation Rentals Hawaii and will further position the company as the premier vacation rental management company in Hawaii.

 

C2G Advisors LLC served as the acquisition adviseor for Castle.

iTrip Destin Completes Unit Acquisition

 

Destin, FL.  May 2019. iTrip Destin, part of the iTrip family of companies, has completed the acquisition of unit contracts to complement their existing inventory in the Destin and Sandestin areas. The company has targeted several submarkets in the Destin area and has focused on organic growth coupled with these timely acquisitions. C2G Advisors served as consultant for iTrip Destin during the transaction.

C2G’s JIM OLIN Presents TWICE AT INDUSTRY CONFERENCE

 

May 2019: Nashville, TN – James Olin, CEO of C2G Advisors LLC, participated in two presentations at the Onsite Property Managers Association’s (OPMA) Spring Executive Summit. The Semi-Annual Conference was held May 7-10 in Park City, Utah. Olin, along with Brian Brown of BookingPal, discussed market disruptors effecting OPMA members. Included in the discussion were ApartHotels, Timeshare Companies, Traditional Hotels and Private Equity Funds. The second session featured Olin in a panel discussion about ways for OPMA members to differentiate themselves from the competition. The 3 day event draws CEO’s from the largest onsite rental companies in North America.

360 Blue Acquires BookBreck

Short Term Rental Company adds Breckenridge to their Portfolio

 

Breckendridge, CO.  May, 2019. 360 Blue LLC has successfully completed its acquisition in the vacation rental space by acquiring BookBreck in Breckenridge, CO. BookBreck is a luxury boutique vacation rental company in Summit County.  This now gives 360 Blue a foothold in the ski markets.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. 360 Blue has approximately 575 high-quality vacation rentals along Florida’s Emerald Coast.

C2G Advisors served as consultant for BookBreck during the transaction.
