Major Acquisition Deal in the Luxury Vacation Rental Space Santa Rosa Beach, FL September 2020.

Gatlinburg, TN July 2020. Cabins For You, under a subsidiary, has further expanded its rental inventory footprint in the Smoky Mountains by acquiring Chalet Village Properties. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Chalet Village has approximately 70 high-quality vacation rentals around the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area.

February 2020: Nashville, TN – Jacobie Olin, President of C2G Advisors LLC, participated in a presentation at MICA(Multifamily Innovation Conference). The Annual Conference was held Feb 5-6 in Atlanta, Georgia. Olin, along with Jacob Albers of Cushman Wakefield, discussed STR Valuations and Multifamily Alternatives. Included in the discussion were M&A case studies, template contract negotiation language, and a variety of partnership models. The 2 day event draws CEO’s from Developers, REITs, Property Managers, and Technology Vendors.

Ft Myers Beach, FL. January 2020. Village Realty Holdings, under a subsidiary, has completed its first acquisition in Florida, and fourth acquisition in the vacation rental space by acquiring Sun Palace Vacations in Ft Myers Beach, Florida. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Sun Palace has approximately 100 high-quality vacation rentals around the Southwest Florida area.
