Village Realty Holdings Acquires Sun Palace Vacations Outer Banks Company makes 1st Acquisition in Florida

Ft Myers Beach, FL. January 2020. Village Realty Holdings, under a subsidiary, has completed its first acquisition in Florida, and fourth acquisition in the vacation rental space by acquiring Sun Palace Vacations in Ft Myers Beach, Florida. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Sun Palace has approximately 100 high-quality vacation rentals around the Southwest Florida area.
